My Leadership Theory Of Leadership - 1771 Words

My Leadership Approach Over the past several weeks in Fundamentals of Leadership, we, as graduate students, have invested time and research into studying more about our leadership style. There is an old Greek adage, know thyself. Through the culmination of self- assessments, leadership interviews and readings, we have developed a keener understanding of ourselves in the roles that we now have and in the positions that we will hold in the future. My leadership profile From the results, of the many different personal assessments, which I completed on myself, it was confirmed that I am a people person. My leadership profile indicates that I am inclined to unyielding in my moral views. I am a firm believer in law and order, family values and traditions are very important. I believe in the rules and that procedures are made to be followed. Even through there are rules, I believe that you should have enjoyment in whatever leadership role that you have been assigned. When motivating people, you should inspire individuals toward a shared aspiration. The motivation should not be frivolous, with no direct meaning on the vision trying to be accomplished.
